A few weeks ago I talked about Skill Challenge Worksheets, a way to add a more mechanical and gamey feel to the abstract concepts of skill challenges.
Today I'm putting up four additional skill challenge worksheets so you can see some other examples. You can download all four of these in PDF and a Word template that should work with Apple Pages (my native word processor) as well. You can see images of them below:
