This is especially tricky for me, because the figure I want to use is the huge black dragon. I just can't wait to see their faces when I drop that immense mini on the table for our climatic battle. Generally I find that the heroic tier is a lot more balanced to put a good threat on the PCs than paragon and above. That's why I tend to focus on advice for those levels.
