		<description>I used the Ashen Covenant article from one of the early Dragon Magazines (one of the ones that&#039;s still free, I believe) to flesh out Kalarel.  I plan on having a Kalarel Huecuva (or whatever it&#039;s called) show up before too long. :)</description>

		<description>Great tips! I&#039;m doing almost the same thing when I&#039;m preparing to run this module. A tip would be to heighten the fearful atmosphere of the Keep (which was mention in the book but I&#039;ve heard that many just turn in into a hack fest) that will remind the players the severe consequence if they fail to stop him.

Another tip would be to give PCs a clue that the ranger is somehow related with Kalarel very early on so that they will be better prepared for the Kobold Lair or the Graveyard fight. Working on the specific relationship that Kalarel has with the ranger could be also useful to prepare ahead.</description>
