Quick Shadowdark house rules
- Characters can't stabilize at zero hit points. You either have 1 hit point or you're dying.
- GMs roll to see how many rounds until a character dies and keeps it a secret.
- Characters don't lose a spell on a failed spell check until they have successfully cast the spell at least once.
- Characters all start with one luck point and can share these luck points with each other. Luck points can't be used to change a GM's roll.
- Lighting a torch in the dark requires a DC 12 Dexterity or Intelligence check at disadvantage.
